Bold, graphic and architectural, Old Town explores the relationship between movement, texture and negative space.
 
Deep charcoal and near-black gestures move across a warm neutral ground, creating a composition that feels spontaneous yet considered. Broad, expressive marks overlap with finer areas of texture, giving the piece a strong sense of movement and depth.
 
The contrast between the dark pigment and natural background gives Old Town its distinctive character. From a distance, the composition feels confident and sculptural; viewed more closely, irregular edges, layered marks and subtle variations in the surface reveal the hand-worked quality of the piece.
 
There is an architectural quality to the composition that allows Old Town to sit particularly well within restrained interiors, where its stronger graphic character can become a focal point without overwhelming the space.

Solid Oak Frame options
Framed works are finished in a substantial handmade solid oak frame, individually constructed from solid, natural oak. Each frame is made and finished by hand to complement the scale and character of the artwork.
 
Choose from Oak, Dark Oak or Black Oak.
 
Your artwork will arrive framed and ready to hang.
 
Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your artwork to be created, framed and prepared for dispatch.
 
Delivery is calculated according to the size of the artwork and destination.
